About Massa:
Massa is a Layer 1 blockchain protocol offering Autonomous Smart Contracts and on-chain web capabilities. We are seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth, foster partnerships, and expand our ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
Business Development Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive adoption and growth
Identify key markets and verticals for expansion
Attract, manage, and support local junior business development contractors in target countries, including Africa, Asia, and the USA
Developer Engagement
Attend events at conferences and meetups worldwide to attract developers and crypto enthusiasts
Organize meetups and online sessions with student developers, particularly in tech universities with established blockchain departments
Collaborate with universities, incubators, accelerators, and blockchain associations to attract developers
Partnerships and Integrations
Explore integration opportunities with other blockchain platforms to expand Massa's ecosystem
Target builders on other non-EVM chains to encourage migration and collaboration
Identify and pursue partnerships with enterprises, governments, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders
Ecosystem Success
Monitor and evaluate candidates for the grants program
Conduct regular check-ins with projects to identify and address their needs
Assist in improving developer documentation, tutorials, and resources
Requirements:
Extensive web3 contacts and knowledge of projects that could gain traction on Massa
Understanding of Massa's unique features and ability to identify projects that showcase our autonomous smart contracts and on-chain web capabilities
Fluency in English
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
2+ year experience in business development, partnerships, or ecosystem growth in the blockchain industry
Compensation:
Full-time: Range of $50k-70k/year fixed depending on experience, plus success fees
Part-time and commission/bounty models are also available

Crypto-Native Content Creator

Massa is a Layer 1 blockchain platform offering Autonomous Smart Contracts and on-chain web capabilities. We are seeking a Crypto-Native Content Creator to be the voice of our brand, engage with our community, and create compelling content across various media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation
Create engaging and informative content, including daily tweets, media articles, and ecosystem-focused posts
Utilize modern tools and AI to produce visually appealing images and videos that resonate with the crypto community on Twitter
Develop memes and other shareable content to increase brand awareness and engagement
Present Massa’s narrative and showcase Massa's unique features, such as parallel architecture, Autonomous Smart Contracts, and on-chain web
Community Engagement
Engage with communities (Massa and other chains) to discuss parallel architecture and compare it with other blockchains
Participate in discussions about new DeFi primitives, restaking protocols, RWA primitives, and TVL mechanics, and get others to join in on ours
Create well-designed tweets to encourage community reaction and engagement
Ecosystem and News Focus
Spotlight new projects, updates, and developments within the Massa ecosystem
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and news in the DeFi space and share relevant insights with the community
Interface with core and dev teams for ideas for potential integrations with other chains and discuss how Massa can leverage new primitives in DeFi, RWA, etc.
Brand Voice
Serve as an in-house influencer and be a consistent voice for the Massa brand
Create content that aligns with Massa's brand guidelines and values
Maintain an exceptional brand voice across all content (fluent English, no written content that sounds AI-generated)
Requirements:
Deep understanding of the DeFi space and its various components
Exceptional writing skills and the ability to create engaging, informative, and shareable content
Experience with image and video creation tools, including AI-powered tools
Strong knowledge of crypto Twitter and the ability to create content that resonates with this audience
Familiarity with Massa's unique features and the ability to effectively communicate them to a wide audience
Proactive and creative approach to content creation and community engagement
Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
Compensation:
Independent contractor: $45,000 per year (if full-time) or $20/hour (part-time)
$50,000 per year or $25/hour if paid in $MAS tokens
